Yune Ho is born from the Japanese concept of wabi-sabi: beauty in imperfect perfection. Though not precisely definable, the concept is based on an in-the-moment appreciation of experience, circumstance, and materiality. The clothes are intended to be worn differently by different individuals; they are meant to be a conduit to express the wearer’s many moods: playfulness, melancholy, seriousness, and joy.
