What is the Mohawk General Store Rewards Program?
The Mohawk General Store Rewards Program is our loyalty program that rewards our customers with points to use towards future purchases on our site. Sign up to begin earning and redeeming points.
How do I earn points?
You will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online. You can also gain points by creating an account, signing up for our newsletter, following us on our social channels, sharing your birthday and referring friends. We may run offers or promotions throughout the year that may increase the amount of points you could receive.
How do I use my points?
You will be able to spend your Reward Points at any time when visiting our site - points are rewarded for online purchases only and can only be redeemed online at this time (not in store). You can however use points towards any in-store pick up or ShipSi order. Points are redeemable for up to 12 months from the date earned. If you would like to redeem your points, simply log in to your account before you shop.
Do my points expire?
Your points are valid for a 12 month period. As long as you purchase within that time frame, your points won't expire. We'll also remind you when your points are about to expire to allow you plenty of time to use them.
Can I use my points with a discount code?
You won't be able to use your points in conjunction with a discount code. However, this won't prevent you from earning points on the purchase you make using a code.
How long does it take to receive my points?
Your points are allocated to your account in a pending status immediately. The points will be approved within 14 days. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Do I need to join the Mohawk General Store Rewards if I am already a customer?
Your Mohawk General Store account is linked to your existing account with us and is already earning points. If you do not have an account with us, you can create one via our sign up page.
