Inspired by a tablecloth dating back to the 1920s-1930s tablecloth, Bode's Embroidered Carnival Short features a faithful reproduction of the tablecloth's colorful French Deco embroidered motif and a silhouette reminiscent of traditional Canadian rugby shorts with a short inseam and wide leg opening.

All wear, mending, and idiosyncrasies are unique to the original textile.
