Founded in 2012, MARTINIANO is an Argentinian line of handmade shoes designed by Martiniano Lopez Crozet. Using time-honored techniques and quality materials, each shoe is cut, skived, stitched, and hand-sewn by artisans in Buenos Aires. His most signature styles, such as the "Glove Shoe," are inspired by medieval footwear and 17th-18th-century court shoes. Most recently, MARTINIANO moved part of its production to Italy with the intention of bringing back the techniques that Italians brought to Argentina in the last century.
