In-Store Appointment Guidelines
- Mask required at all times ( Even in the fitting rooms and when trying items on )
- Appointments are limited to 1 hour maximum. If you anticipate needing extended time, please arrange with staff beforehand.
- Please knock on the door when you arrive. If we are finishing up with another client, please kindly wait outside until an associate instructs you to enter.
- Sanitize hands upon entry into the shop, and sanitize as needed during your stay
- Try ons are currently limited to a maximum 4 items at a time
- We are not currently allowing try ons or testing for the following items: Intimates, Swimwear, Makeup, Apothecary, Issey Miyake Pleats Please
- No outside food or drinks allowed
- No Restroom Use
- Cashless Payments Only at this time
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Regularly priced merchandise is eligible for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Items must be entirely unworn and have original tags attached.
Please note: If at any time we feel that these policies are not being respected, we reserve the right to kindly end your appointment and ask you to leave our stores.
