Online Return Policy

All online returns must be authorized and processed through our Returns Portal or returned in-store with the packing slip that came with the order. In-store returns will not be processed during drop-off; the web team will receive the return, inspect the item and process within 48 hours after drop-off. 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns or exchanges on clothing, shoes or accessories purchased at full price and returned in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact. Shoes will be accepted only if returned in their original, undamaged shoebox or bag. To be eligible, all returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. *Items purchased using the Welcome 10% Off or the Black Friday THANKS25 discount codes are returnable. End-of-Season markdown sale items, home, self-care, beauty, grooming, intimates and swimwear are FINAL SALE.

Holiday Season Return Policy

All items purchased during the month of December will be allowed an extended return period and can be returned as long as the request is received by January 7, 2023. 

Start a return

Once your return has been authorized through the returns portal, a return label will be provided, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. In the event of an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be waived. The customer has 7 days to return the item(s); if item(s) are returned beyond this window, the customer will receive a store credit for all accepted items.

If there was a mistake on the part of Mohawk General Store, or in the case that the item received is defective/damaged, shipping costs for delivery and return will be compensated.

The client is responsible for any incurred import duties/taxes or customs charges on the package (on both original and return shipments) if opting for a monetary refund or store credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Upon acceptance of the return package, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Refunds will be given in the original method of payment.

While the return is in transit, clients will be given a temporary voucher in the amount of the return total. This is valid and can be redeemed on another purchase up until the returned merchandise is received and processed. If the voucher is not redeemed while the return is in transit. The voucher will become inactive and the client will receive their refund. If all or part of the voucher is used, this amount will be deducted from the total refund amount.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at the clients expense and a refund will not be granted.

In-Store Return Policy

In-store purchases are eligible for store credit or exchange on full price items only when returned within 7 days, no exceptions.

Returns on Sale Items

All items purchased during an end of season sale are considered final sale. Items purchased using the Welcome 10% Off discount or the Black Friday THANKS25 promotional code are allowed to be returned. All other sale or promotional orders will not be eligible for return/exchange or store credit, no exceptions.

Discount Codes & Temporary Promotions

Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, shipping fees, or taxes. Discount applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply. WELCOME10 discount is only eligible for Full Price items, and the minimum order requirement is $25 USD. Full price items purchased with the WELCOME10 discount or THANKS25 discount are eligible for return/exchange within the 7 day return policy.

Price Adjustment Policy

Mohawk General Store offers a price adjustment policy for sale items that are purchased within 3 days prior to start date of sale. This does not apply to temporary promotions. Adjustments must be claimed within 3 days of sale start date. Please note that the exact style and size must be available for purchase when your request is made. We are unable to offer price adjustments to items that were originally purchased on sale or with a promotional code or on items that are temporarily reduced in price.Sale price adjustments will be returned in the form of online store credit only.
