All orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) before 3PM PST will begin processing that day and ship within 2 business days, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Order processing cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by item availability and payment verification.

Mohawk General Store utilizes UPS for all domestic orders. Please see the chart below for shipping options. These delivery timeframes for the mentioned methods only apply to US addresses within the contiguous 48 states.
Free - UPS Domestic Ground Over $250 USD
$10 - UPS Ground
$20 - UPS 2 Day Air
$30 - UPS Next Day Air Saver
Please note that orders will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Delivery time frames begin from the date of dispatch.
All shipments valued over $400 will require signature upon delivery. Mohawk General Store will not assume the risk of loss and title for merchandise for any orders that opt for no signature requirement at checkout.
Los Angeles Same-Day Delivery with Shipsi
We work with Shipsi, a same-day delivery service for our LA customers. Orders placed Monday - Friday between 9:30am - 3pm PST and within the eligible shipping radius offer the option to choose ShipsSi at checkout. Enter your zip code and if your exact location is eligible, the option for same-day LA delivery will appear. The delivery fee for this service will be determined based on traffic, time of day and zip code. We expect that your order will be delivered within a 3-hour window.

Once your order has left our warehouse you will be alerted via email from Shipsi, this allows for real time tracking on your delivery. You will also receive an email notification to confirm your delivery. If your order is en route with Shipsi and you should have any questions, please reach out to the Shipsi service team at (888)421-4392 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Online Return Policy applies to all Shipsi orders. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can submit a return request through our Returns Portal.
During this time we are working closely with Shipsi to prioritize the health and safety of delivery drivers, our employees and customers. To request a no-contact delivery, please add it to your delivery notes. Our fulfillment team is following all safety protocols required by Shipsi as well as our own guidelines.
Mohawk General Store does not offer Saturday delivery. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes will ship out via USPS Priority Mail.
Tracking your order
Upon completion of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, which will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.
Mohawk General Store uses DHL, USPS, UPS for all international deliveries. Rates are calculated based on destination and weight of the package. All additional taxes, customs and import duties levied by the client’s local government are the responsibility of the client. Items will be shipped from Los Angeles, CA with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars.
