Each avor prole is achieved by testing unique combinations of local ingredients sourced from México’s rich plant life. Casa Bosques’s avors are inspired by an appreciation for craftsmanship, and the idea that when the ingredients we use every day and the things we consume have in themselves become a work of art, then we shall be able to achieve a balanced life.

Casa Bosques & Canyon Coffee believe in the ritual of coffee to bring them together, adding warmth and indulgence to daily life. The texture, a melding of the purity of the cacao shell with the earthy tones and subtle fruit notes of the coffee, creates a simple yet layered chocolate.
