• Everyday Cleaning: Use a dry brush to remove loose dirt and use an eraser to remove/reduce blemishes.
• Tougher Spots: Use minimal liquid when cleaning suede, with foam or a soft brush. Apply soap directly onto the brush/foam and target the specific areas. Use a cloth to dry and intermittently use a suede brush to help lift the nap back.
• Preventative Care: When the suede is dry, spray an even layer of impregnating/water-proofing spray on the shoe.

We offer STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY for approved returns.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery or in-store pick up date. Once the return is authorized with a return authorization (RA), all items must be received in store in 7 days from the issuance of an RA.
