The “IM” portion of the brand name comes from “im product”, which was an ISSEY MIYAKE product brand available from the late 70’s to the 90’s. Today, IM MEN is based on the philosophy of “im product” that “practical products meet the people who use them”, to create functional products born from human creativity and sensitivities, such as wisdom and ingenuity, curiosity and humor, wonder and discovery.

Return Policy

We offer STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY for approved returns.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery or in-store pick up date. Once the return is authorized with a return authorization (RA), all items must be received in store in 7 days from the issuance of an RA.

  • $10 - FedEx Ground
  • $20 - FedEx 2-Day Air
  • $50 - FedEx Overnight

Mohawk General Store is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen in transit once picked up by Fed-Ex. We offer the signature required add-on free of charge on orders over $500 and for $5 for all orders under $500. We highly encourage customers to use this option to prevent risk of theft.
