The Council Trouser in Vintage Twill from mfpen is a mid-rise trouser in a soft, mid-weight wool twill woven in Italy from mixed brown and beige yarns, half-lined in Italian cupro. A relaxed regular fit with a slight bootcut. Side pockets, rear patch pockets, rivets, a metal button and a YKK zip fly.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery or in-store pick up date. Once the return is authorized with a return authorization (RA), all items must be received in store in 7 days from the issuance of an RA.
