  • Dry clean or hand wash with lukewarm water and wool-safe detergent, never rub, scrub, or wring, and always dry flat.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery or in-store pick up date. Once the return is authorized with a return authorization (RA), all items must be received in store in 7 days from the issuance of an RA.
