The SMOCK Arroyo Short in Japanese Seersucker is a single-pleated short based on our Lakeside Trouser, adapted with an 8" inseam for a more balanced, classic fit. It is cut from a lightweight Japanese cotton–lyocell seersucker with a natural puckered texture that allows for airflow. Fully lined, it adds structure while maintaining breathability. Garment dyed for a finished, lived-in feel.

  • Made in Los Angeles
  • 60% cotton / 40% lyocell (Japan)
  • Lining: 55% cotton / 45% cupro Bemberg™ (Japan)
  • Machine wash cold separately, gentle cycle, line dry in shade, do not tumble dry, do not bleach, do not iron, dry clean


Ted is 6'1" with a 29" waist, 32" inseam, and a 37" chest. Ted is wearing a size L.

Return Policy

We offer STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY for approved returns.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery or in-store pick up date. Once the return is authorized with a return authorization (RA), all items must be received in store in 7 days from the issuance of an RA.

Mohawk General Store utilizes FedEx for all domestic orders.

  • $10 - FedEx Ground
  • $20 - FedEx 2-Day Air
  • $50 - FedEx Overnight

Mohawk General Store is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen in transit once picked up by Fed-Ex. We offer the signature required add-on free of charge on orders over $500 and for $5 for all orders under $500. We highly encourage customers to use this option to prevent risk of theft.
