We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-service focused E-commerce Associate to join our e-commerce team. You will be reporting to the Director of E-commerce and managing site uploads, customer service, returns, photoshoot pulls as well as marketing, promotions and markdowns. You will also be working with the Marketing Manager - brainstorming ideas for launches and newsletters as well as managing the calendar.


  • Manage product uploads, merchandising, product categorization, collection/category page creation and landing pages to drive e-commerce conversion. Must ensure that all copy, tagging, collection and category info and pricing are accurate. Must be familiar with Shopify and bulk uploading skus with CSV, tagging, etc.
  • Check in all product for weekly photoshoots + prep/steam on Tuesdays before the Wednesday shoot
  • Strategize ecomm and social media marketing initiatives based off recent sales and on hand inventory with E-comm Director
  • Build and maintain an integrated e-commerce calendar tracking site/UX updates, homepage refreshes, and sales/promotions
  • Assist E-comm Director when needed in project management of larger brand initiatives (i.e. VIP/loyalty implementation, PDP or homepage redesign, site design, newsletter design, etc)
  • Respond to all customer service and return emails as well as chat feature (not live yet and if/when implemented, it will be split amongst at least 1 other team member) on a daily basis.
  • Process returns + create end of month returns report. Become familiar with returns reasons and/or patterns and make recommendations to reduce returns
  • Responsible for updating all promos as well as markdown pricing and ensuring all pricing and product is accurate
  • Utilize SEO techniques to monitor and generate organic website traffic
  • Identify new business opportunities


  • 2+ Years experience in a related field
  • Experience working in Shopify
  • Experience working in Google Analytics
  • Strong excel skills
  • Photoshop experience a plus
  • Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM techniques
  • Display detail-oriented and consumer-centric approach
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
  • Highly motivated and holding a positive attitude
